The Bank's Call center is okay. However, when contacting to the bank directly, Rutchayothin Branch, the agent was so rude. The lady who picked up the phone did not listen to my questions at all. She did not even ask me what i want or need from the branch. She kept dumping general information on me and not let me speak. Poor service. Will not contact this branch again.
