To who this may concern, We arrived at Bangkok Don Mueng airport on April 26, 2023 to exchange money, and were given the wrong amount. We have the receipt and the numbers were added incorrectly. We exchanged $220 CAD to 5,269.00 Baht, and then gave our own 8,951.00 baht to exchange the total of 14,220 baht to IDR. You can see on our receipt that the numbers were entered incorrectly, and we only received 3,000,000 IDR, instead of 6,000,000 IDR. We are now in Bali and realized this once we have arrived. I have attached a picture of the invoice, please reply as soon as possible. Thank you, Tanner MacDona__
